Week #3 Blog:
You learned so much about photography and yourself as a photographer last semester. Please reflect on the work you did last semester and include insights as to how you will improve this semester. How will you insure that your photographs are better? What can you do to improve your work habits in and out of the classroom? What would you like to accomplish this semester? Is there anything you are interested in taking photographs of that is not already on the list? (you can use these as personal choice assignments)

Last year I was pretty inexpierenced and even when I took good pictures I didn't undersand why we needed filters and never used them. This cuased most of my pictures to look fogged because of low contrast. This year I would like to take some better pictures and use filters for developing so that they come out better. I think it might be cool to go to an aquarium and take pictures of fish.

Last semester I wasn't the best at taking photos . I now learned the correct times of day to take pictures and how important it is to use a filter. I am hoping this semester I will take pictures that have better contrast and aren't foggy at all. I think it would be cool to have a photo assignment where we could take pictures of anything we want.

last year i knew what made a good photo i just didn't know how to develop or why i would use a filter. i didn't know all the terms that we use. i would like to take pictures of people in different places and things in nature

Last semester, I learned mostly about light and with a black and white photo, it's very important that you look where the light is hitting the object, so you have the proper shadow. This semester, I definitely want to frame my final pictures better. And as far as an assignment, I think it would be really cool take a all natural beauty shot of a person with no make up.

Last semester I feel like I didnt really know much so my pictures came out pretty bad but this semester my photos have grown just as I have grown. I am also learnng to gring my camera with me everywhere I go to help capture all these assignments. I would really like to start taking pictures of people which is what we are doind in the tools of the trade but I mean as far as a portrait. That would really cool to do because I have ALOT of models that want me to take a picture of them in my house! lol.

Last semester, i didn't know anything about photography. I didn't know how to work my camera and how to set the dark room up. I had no idea on how to take a good picture. This semester I feel better about taking pictures and being more independent with my work in the class. I know my camera better so it's way easier to take good pictures. I want to take pictures of scenery and things like that.
